These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cashpub platform operated internationally by Cashpub LTD.

By creating an account or using Cashpub, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Purpose of Cashpub

Cashpub is a platform that allows members to view advertising content and perform certain actions associated with that content.

Participation in eligible campaigns allows members to collect points under the conditions displayed on the platform.

Cashpub offers two main progression categories:

• Ad Points, earned through standard advertisements;
• Flash Points, earned through Flash Ads.

Campaign availability, quantity, eligibility rules and the number of points awarded may vary.

2. Member account

Member-only features require a personal account. Each person may hold only one Cashpub account.

The member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or used by another person.

Creating or using multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all related accounts.

3. Advertisements and allocation of points

The number and type of advertisements available to a member depend on available campaigns and on their Basic or VIP status.

Each campaign may include specific validation rules, including a minimum viewing time, required interactions, presence checks or any other condition shown to the member.

Points are awarded only after the campaign has been correctly completed and validated. An interrupted or incomplete campaign, or one for which required checks were not completed, may award no points.

Cashpub may limit participation in a campaign or the number of campaigns available during a given period.

4. Flash Ads

Flash Ads are a specific category of advertisements through which members can earn Flash Points. They may be offered to Basic or VIP members under the rules of each campaign.

Flash Ads are available at times determined by Cashpub and within the limits of available campaigns. Announced times do not guarantee that a Flash Ad will still be available when a member opens the page.

Cashpub may set a maximum number of Flash Ads that a member may view or be rewarded for during a day or other period.

5. Points

Points are an internal progression unit within Cashpub. They are not currency, a payment method or a financial instrument.

Cashpub distinguishes between Ad Points and Flash Points. The requirements for obtaining a reward are displayed on the platform.

Ad Points and Flash Points are calculated within a monthly cycle. Points expire automatically on the last day of each month at 11:59 p.m., after which the member's counters are reset.

Expired points cannot be carried over, restored, transferred or converted later, except where Cashpub expressly decides otherwise or applicable law requires it.

6. Reward and payout

When a member meets the requirements displayed on Cashpub and reaches the required target, they may submit a payout request.

As of the date of these Terms, the principal reward available to an eligible international member is a payout of USD 100. Payment is made using the payment partner or payment service provider offered by Cashpub for the member's country.

Every payout request is subject to prior checks intended to confirm the member's identity, the uniqueness of their account, the regularity of their participation and compliance with these Terms.

Cashpub may require:

• a valid identity document;
• the information required to issue the payout;
• a recent photograph or selfie that clearly shows the member's face;
• any other reasonable evidence necessary to validate the request.

A request cannot be approved until the required information and checks have been completed.

7. Mandatory winner publication

Publication of winners is an essential part of the Cashpub reward programme and provides the community with transparent evidence that rewards are paid.

As a condition of participating in the reward programme and receiving a payout, the member agrees that Cashpub may publish their selfie or winner photograph, first name, testimonial where applicable, and redacted proof of payment for the purpose of presenting Cashpub winners and promoting the platform.

These materials may be published on the Cashpub website, Cashpub's official social media accounts, advertising campaigns and other Cashpub communication channels.

Cashpub will not publish the member's identity document. Before a proof of payment is published, account numbers, telephone numbers, transaction identifiers and other information that is not necessary to demonstrate the payout will be hidden.

A member who does not accept this publication requirement cannot participate in the Cashpub reward programme or receive the associated payout.

8. Basic and VIP status

Registration provides a Basic account. Cashpub also offers paid VIP status with additional benefits, including more advertising opportunities and access to certain VIP campaigns.

The price and duration of VIP status are displayed before payment. As of the date of these Terms, the displayed international price is USD 4.99 for one year, subject to change for future subscriptions.

A price change does not apply retroactively to an existing paid VIP period. VIP status does not guarantee that a member will obtain a reward.

The monthly point reset does not affect VIP status. VIP status normally remains active for its purchased duration, but ends when the member submits a payout request. The member may subscribe again after that request.

By purchasing VIP status, the member expressly requests immediate activation. Once activation and use have begun, the purchase is non-refundable, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Fraud prevention

Prohibited conduct includes:

• creating multiple accounts for the same person;
• using scripts, bots, automation software or tools designed to simulate advertisement viewing;
• manipulating pages, counters, presence checks or point-allocation systems;
• attempting to bypass limits or rules set by Cashpub;
• providing false information or documents;
• allowing another person to use a member account.

In the event of proven fraud or a serious violation, Cashpub may suspend or close the account and refuse fraudulently obtained benefits, subject to applicable law.

10. Inactivity, closure and deletion

Cashpub may permanently close and delete an account that has remained inactive for an extended period.

Permanent deletion results in the loss of unused points, account benefits and payout requests that have not been finally approved.

Cashpub may retain information for as long as strictly necessary to comply with legal duties, prevent or document fraud, manage a dispute or defend its rights.

11. Service availability

Cashpub seeks to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical problems or events outside Cashpub's control.

Campaign availability and quantity may vary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cashpub does not guarantee a minimum number of campaigns per day.

12. Liability

Cashpub provides an advertising platform and does not guarantee that a member will reach a reward within a particular period.

Cashpub is not responsible for third-party websites or services reached through advertisements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Members are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax or reporting duties that apply to rewards in their country of residence.

13. Personal data

Cashpub processes personal data required for account management, campaigns and points, fraud prevention, VIP status, identity verification, secure payout processing, member support and publication of rewarded members under Section 7.

14. Changes to these Terms

Cashpub may update these Terms to reflect service changes, new features or legal and regulatory developments. The version published on the platform is the current version.

Cashpub may notify members by an appropriate method when a material change affects their rights or obligations.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without depriving a member of any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in their country of residence.
