The Cashpub brand, graphic identity, texts, interfaces, visual elements and Cashpub-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, representation, use or exploitation is prohibited. Advertisers retain ownership of their respective brands and content.
4. Data controller
Cashpub LTD is the controller of personal data collected and used for the international Cashpub platform.

5. Data collected and purposes
Cashpub may process data required for:
- creating and managing member accounts;
- authentication and account security;
- advertising campaigns and allocation of points;
- VIP status;
- fraud prevention and detection;
- identity verification;
- processing and securing rewards and payouts;
- member support and communications;
- publication of rewarded members and promotion of Cashpub under the reward programme.
Data may include email and account information, security and connection data, campaign participation, payout information, identity documents, a photograph or selfie, a redacted proof of payment and other information reasonably required to verify a reward request.
6. Selfies, winner content and proof of payment
A recent selfie or winner photograph is required to verify the member and to participate in the Cashpub reward programme.
As a mandatory condition of that programme, Cashpub may publish the member's selfie or winner photograph, first name, testimonial where applicable, and redacted proof of payment to present Cashpub winners and promote the platform.
Publication may take place on the Cashpub website, official social media accounts, Cashpub advertising campaigns, communications to the community and other Cashpub communication channels.
Identity documents are used for verification and fraud prevention and are not published. Before proof of payment is published, account numbers, telephone numbers, transaction identifiers and other unnecessary sensitive information are hidden.
The publication requirement is clearly presented before the member submits their payout documents. A member who does not accept it cannot participate in the reward programme or receive its payout.
7. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is accessible only to persons and service providers who need it to operate the service.
Where necessary, data may be shared with providers involved in hosting, technical operation, payment processing, identity or fraud checks and member support. Cashpub does not sell members' personal data.
8. User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing.
Requests may be sent to contact@cashpub.net. Cashpub may retain information where required by law or where necessary to document payments, prevent fraud, manage disputes or defend its rights.
9. Data retention
Personal data is retained only for a period proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed and to applicable legal obligations.
Some information may be retained after account closure when required to comply with a legal obligation, secure the service, prevent or document fraud, manage a dispute or defend Cashpub's rights.
10. Security and confidentiality
Cashpub implements technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Access is restricted to persons and providers who require it for the stated purposes.
11. Cookies
Cashpub may use cookies required for site operation, authentication, session management and security. Where consent is required for other cookies or technologies, Cashpub seeks that consent in accordance with applicable law.
12. International processing and transfers
Because Cashpub operates internationally and uses service providers in several countries, personal data may be processed outside the member's country. Cashpub applies the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
13. Third-party links and services
Advertisements and features may link to services operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Cashpub is not responsible for their practices beyond what applicable law requires.

Cashpub may update this notice to reflect changes to its services or applicable rules. The version published on the platform is the current version.
15. Governing law and contact
This notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in the user's country of residence.
